Somethings I would like to have in Fifa 13 Manager Mode

I play Fifa since Fifa 2010 and I loved how this guys made it the best game so far. But we need some changes, generic stadiums don't work, it's borring and don't give the players a real feeling of the stadium, we don't play in a big stadium like Maracanã, I saw only tree official stadiums, from Juventus, Barcelona and Real Madrid, but if we want to play with small teams or teams from Brazil for example, we have to choose those generic stadiums, what I think a lot of players don't like and would be amazing have a stadium editor, like change the grass, the color of the net, the sponsors around in the field.

Now about Manager mode: If I'm not wrong, Fifa 10 and 11, if we won a match, our sponsor pay us, but in Fifa 12, we don't, we don't even get tickets payment, it's really hard to make cash only selling players. Where is broadcasting rights payment? Tickets payment? In Brazil for example, players don't get paid every week, but every MONTH, make it real, not that "weekly payment" separeted from the team cash, give us the choice "If you waste all your money you can't pay your players and they will not play for you", with that "weekly payment" it's really hard to that happen. What about the manager contracting all his crew, like goalkeeper trainers, physiotherapists, medics, assistant coach, by skills?

Now about uniforms: We can't choose to mix it, the T-shirt of the uniform 1 with the pants of the uniform 2. A lot of teams don't have only 2 uniforms, in Brazil for example.

New menu: it's getting borring to see the same menu on Fifa.

You've made some good points here, hopefully ea sports have listened to us and implemented a lot of changes for the fifa 13 manager mode.

In manager mode. why can't you control the reserve team or the youth teams like in real life? players in Fifa 12 players that just complain and lose moral and don't gain any experience while sitting on the bench. Plus when you bring youth players onto your team and you want to send them on a loan it is near impossible because all the rest of the teams have youth guys that they are trying to lend out. It would be much easier if your could control the youth programs and select not only scouts but youth coaches that have different qualities to make the youth players better. I think it would create more depth into the managing side of the game in addition to what the guy said above me. This also goes for the reserve team as well it would be a nice touch i think.

i do like what you are saying about the advertising and money inflow and outflows. It would make managing your team harder and more in-depth game making not only the gameplay itself better but the actual manager mode better

I do not know why the Manager Mode is limited only to play Matchs and buying and selling of playrs and in fact there is something else like exercise and control everything in the club I would like to become more than just play Match for it after a short time become boring
