FIFA 13 release date and Ideas

Fifa 13 is fast approaching! With the Fifa 13 release date around the September mark, not long is left to add and change things around in the upcoming game. Do you have any wicked Fifa 13 ideas or wishlists that you think could make Fifa 13 the best yet?

What would you change/add in Fifa 13? Does Fifa 13 need better commentators? Are fans chants realistic enough? Should managers been involved into games?

     I would like fans that look more real like in the game from World Cup 2010. Also real adversiting on the sidelines that fit the league because then there´s a better feeling. And at least maybe more fan chants.
    So thank you that I had the oppurnity to express my wishes for Fifa 13 ;-)

    you have to revamp the penalty shot system like the challenge but way too complicated, also better control of the goal keeper would make the game even more amazing. also bring back celebrations maybe make them simple just the press of a button does a certain celebrations. maybe the choice to get mad at refs which can give people a red card if they have a yellow i know its pointless but it would be fun.

    Fix the faces!! Pes has you beat by a mile and the ability to change hairstyles would help a ton!! I hate looking at players and asking wtf is that?? Ex neymar, lucas, macheda, de gea (he only starts for man u?!?) giovani dos santos (hair), m’villa, hazard, beckham (hair), brek Shea, Miguel veloso, falcao, kun aguero, Erik lamela, bojan, thiago..etc

    if you start playing carreer with a only one person (a real or virtual pro) you can choose between manager, player, …

    I always choose that i play as a player and never manage the team.
    I play the matches with the entire team. 
    If my player must leave the field (injury, substition,..) it must be able to skip the match and simulate the time that rests.

    Si el juego se llama Fifa, en teoría tendría que tener las licencias de las selecciones, por lo tanto tendrían que jugar con las camisetas oficiales y no con pijamas como Italia, Brasil o un largo etc. Además para diferenciar a los futbolistas, los de EA tendrían que ponerse las pilas en lo que se refiere a las caras, ya que Di María, Busquets, Alexis, Reus, De Gea, Thiago, y otros jugadores muy contrastados en el panorama internacional las necesitan des de hace años, espero que esta reflexión le sirva a EA para mejorar su juego.

    I believe that Manager Mode should be more in depth. The old FIFAs had increases to certain coaches (goalkeeper, striker, etc.) to boost attributes, that seems pretty useful. Also, loaning out players should provide greater benefit. If the players in general had greater overall flexibility that’d be nice too. For example, if my 60 overall striker has an amazing season scoring 20+ goals, he should be able to jump to a 75 overall because of that impact he had. It’s more realistic. Increasing realism in this aspect, as well as fan bases, faces, sponsor adding system, etc would make the game a lot better.

     In the manager career mode 2012, after you become champion there is no proper cup raising moment. I hope there will be one in fifa 13.
     Being able to put your own photo to your player that you created, so you will have a photo next to your name like every other player.

    When you create a team, you should be able to create the goalie kits.  Also the league badges on the arm should update depending on the league or competition the team is playing in!

    Improve the passing, my player doesn’t always hit it where I aim it.
    Add more authentic stadiums
    Put the Europa League and Champions League in first season of career mode
    Allow players to set their own scenarios
    Scan more teams heads like you did for Everton and Manchester City
    Allow virtual pro’s to be substituted when playing in a match

    there are several things people are asking for in FIFA 13
    I hope they consider the comments and are wasting our time writing here:
    1.Include UEFA Champions league, Europa league, UEFA super cup(Europe)
    2.All league should have the proper domestic cup like Carling cup, Copa del rey, etc..
    3.Faces should become better with some effect of sweat on their bodies so it shows some reality..
    4.after scoring or conceding they should show managers reactions
    5.Youth players should have more ability of development than others…Example:Cuenca,tello,callejon and other good youngsters should improve on regular bases
    6.when you loan a player then when they come back their overall should change
    7.After winning a league or cup there should be proper celebration like lifting the trophy and giving medals to all players and individual prizes for top scorer or best player etc..
    8.As for international there should be many more teams like Qatar, Ukraine, and many others…
    9.there should be world cup and euro cup, Copa america and all other even in manger mode so players who perform  good at clubs can be called up and the ability to manage the international team should be there,.
    10.When player arrived at a club there should be  a press conference with the player telling his thought(subtitles) and then taking pictures of him holding the club jersey and should show the fans some of his skills
    11.There should be draws held for all tournaments.
    12.managers could be sacked between the season also and can send on loan as well.
    13.Messi should have the ability to take on defenders and there should be a Ballon d’or gala every season.

      They are unlikely to get Uefa Champions League, Uefa Cup etc. as PES has the legal rights to it unfotunately

    Commentators, please do something about them, make their inputs more realistic and give them more stuff to talk about so we don’t hear the same thing 30-40 times per game… =)

    The mode to be star  in pes 2012 is perfect – you would must copy their’s idea, the interviews, presentation to the clubs, talks with agent of the player, mainly when we can see the player in the locker room, it’s very nice. I think that fifa 12 only lost at that. At animation of characters around the soccer filed like reportes moving, boy balls, interviews to players on end of the  matches, perspective to watch the matches by manager’s view on bench. It would be nice. Other very nice idea: In real live soccer the players has expressions of smile in some situation of the match. But, the main thing and engaging in football today, it’s the players’ hair. their hair would sway with the wind, it would to float, it would have many options to change hair with accessories. I think it make a lot of diference. But, really what i think that  would make a lot of diference could be the impact received by ball when it is kicked or collide – It could generate two things: A sound on proportional intensity and a pression on the ball that would change   its form. Its form would oval in that it was pressed and thereby, in this cases, with impact would generate an explosion of particles of sweat and water and grass. Think about it, small details make the difference!

    in fifa 12, youth player growth is very slow, here’s an idea’ players coming from the youth academy should be able to gain experience points, they can gain exp points for playing time, extra exp pts for scoring goals, getting assists, and getting man of the match. Once they gain a certain amount of exp points, they grow. That way youth players can reach their potential and become great players quickly. After grow by a certain amount like 4+ or 5+ make the players have to gain more exp then before.

    - Ability to change sponser, edit kits and stadiums.
    - You should be able to have at least some interaction with the youth and reserve teams.
    - Enhanced player and manager growth.
    - Crowd atmosphere needs to be greatly improved, ie traded players returning should be booed and jeered, cup games and rivalry games should feel hostile. The crowd should react with each goal, tackle, save and bookings like they do in real football games.
    - Commentary needs to be similar to NBA 2k12, which boasts the greatest commentary in any sports game.

    Really needs more real stadiums. As a Celtic fan i would love to see Celtic Park included as it is the second biggest club stadium in Britain. Also Hampden/Ibrox and a few more EPL stadiums would be great. For career mode why is it not possible to loan out/in players  outside of the transfer window? 
    Another thing I would love would be to create your own team to use in career mode (Not just UT) where you can choose badges, kits, stadiums etc. (the sort of thing you can do in NHL games)
    Chairman of your club? Maybe you could have a say in managers, players etc whilst still playing games.
    Everything the guy below me said would be brilliant.
    I stopped playing UT because i got so frustrated with player contracts. You could say get them on a one month (real time) contract? Just a suggestion.
    Legends? How about if say when a player like Beckham or Giggs retires you could hire them as coach for your club. Again, just a suggestion.
    Hopefully at least one of these will appear in the actual game.

    That you will be able to play from the youth club (14-15 years old) maybe its to late for the 2013 edition, but maybe something to think about for 2014, that would really bring Fifa to a new level…

    There should be arguments or fights between players if there’s a wrong decision,thoughts of a dive or a bad tackle. You should also show managers shaking hands after the match and an interview with the main players of the match to award man of the match. You should get interviewed on manager mode in a press conference.

    When you are playing Virtual pro, you should NOT always play every game from start, if your form is low, you shouldnt start… And when you are about to get subbed in, you should be able to warm up on the sidelines to minimize to get injured

    I really wish that each game felt different, so games between Newcastle and Sunderland, or Man United vs Liverpool or England vs Germany really felt like a real derby. It would be really good to have the crowd stand up when there is a chance or when someone is through on goal and to be louder, some games can feel dull and it would be great to see them more involved. And it would also be great to see players have their own on field battles, so if a dirty challenge was put in by one player, the other player would hold a grudge (depending on the type of player) and they would go for each other every time they had the ball. This would be great for the player as you could decide weather to be hot headed or stay cool.

      The Highland Derby between Ross County and Inverness Caledonian Thistle would be a good one to make very realistic as well with Ross County being in the top flight with Inverness for the first time.

    I’d love a bit more around the virtual pro. That’s the mode I play most. Personally I think you should create one of a young age, say 17 or 18, and have trials with a lower league team. You’ll then need to work your way up to the top flight as you gain experience.
    In current games your pro is just too low to be at the top in the first season.
    I’d like the return of international call up too.

    Although playing as a keeper is a good idea, this mode tends to give you a poor rating if you don’t see much action. Either work on it, or ditch it.

    would be good if you could change clubs as manager and virtual pro in the middle of a season,as its annoying having to wait til august every time to do it,and virtual pros transfers should have more choice and possibility of negotiations,to make them more interesting

    The unrealistic transfers have to go! There is to many transfers, and they are to unrealistic. Give the player some emotions – like celebrating wild after scoring against rivals and so on. Give the manager mode some options where you can control more – like in fifa manager.

    Career Mode (Manager mode) – Needs further development:

    - Improved transfer negotiations (Transfer fee, reasons for rejected offers, etc..).
    - Half time team talks (Boost morale, affect player performance).
    - Official Champions League.
    - Stadium development. (Stadium should grow with club).
    - Ability to save Squad line ups for second string teams (League cup games etc..).
    - Coaching staff and some interaction for player development.
    - Unlimited subs for friendlies.

    Online the servers need improved as constant disconnection/poor connectivity was a massive issue for FIFA 12, particularly Ultimate team where people were getting losses recorded for disconnections.

    FIFA 12 plays so well, however the core and most popular game modes seem to suffer when EA spend time on ‘fringe’ ‘gimmick’ modes.

    I think the game should keep track of your online stats , so when you meet up agains another player in head to head sesons for an example, a display would come up giving the players information of how they score their goals (from what distance, from what side, with finesse shots or not, or if you are good at scoring form set pieces and corners etc.).

    Everythin in FIFA12 is great! But the career-mode could be far better…The career mode should be more realistic – a combination of football manager and FIFA in one game. Or maybe, instead of releasing both FIFA 13 and FIFA MANAGER 13, they should release only FIFA 13, but with a extended career mode + editor.Improvements on career mode should be:1. Loans outside season available2. International games (so that players are called up to play for their national side during season)3. More realistic transfers (To many big players change club in FIFA 12 in both summer- and winter transfer-window)
    4. Big improvement on transfers, like; Player will not change before the end of the season-options (future transfers)/Player will be loaned back until end of the season-option/Player + Cash-option.
    5. Big clubs should have feeder clubs (where they could place there young players on loan)
    6. Max squad size to be WAY MORE THAN 42 PLAYERS!!!
    7. Clubs to be put under administration due to bad economics – in other words; you should be able to have a minus on your bank-account, but still be able to buy players, but with the risk of being put under adminiatration!
    8. Include reserve/B-teams + reserve leagues (could just be custom/generic leagues) to give youngsters playing time so thay develop.
    9. Clubs should be albe to sack/hire managers during season – including the player too…

    the progression system in manger mode should be ,for example if a player scores 2 goals from 25 + yards in a game ,his longshots stat should move up from eg 60- 65 then if he does this 3 games in a row it should change permantly and it should depend on age and potential on how much it increases to.

     1. Sound effetcs need to improve when your playing you wanna hear the crowd in a big game getting behind the team and when you score you wanna know you scored with big reaction, Plus you wanna hear the ref players and manager yelling intrsuctions or the ref explaing his reasons.

    2. Retro teams and players should be avaliable to download so you can play as the classic arsenal with ian wright or classic man utd with eric cantona or tottenham hotspur with teddy sheringham.

    3. All premier league staduims should be unlocked fact.

    4. More interaction between staff and players and the crowd so if your playing bore you should be booed and you wanna see the staff sitting and moving in the dugout wondering the touchlines.

    5. more penalty claims with the ref going to see his linesman and maybe changing his opinon.

    6. Cup games should be more exciting you want to feel like it is cup day and every cup should be licensed so when its fa cup final national anthem should be played and the entrance and build up should be huge so you really feel its cup day.

    7. Match of the day style programme so after all the days results you can watch higlights in a mini style of match of the day with all goals and big action moments and interviews.

    8. ball boys could be added to the game just so it feels more like life like game.

    9. if you get promoted or in europe your kit badges and numbers should change automaticaly.

    10. Better action shots such as when you score get a fans view of a celebration or the camera pan around the ground watching fans jump up and down or even just something aslittle as little action shots of dug out and ref having words with players for abuse.

    I’ve heard suggestion about commentary updates as DLC..how about the ability to record your own commentary? You could set up the in-game screen to highlight the original commentators’ comments, in several languages, and record what you’d like to replace it. In addition, you could ascribe commentary to created players, or players who are not referred to by name by default. Primarily this would only work in an offline format, but I’m sure there’s the capacity for it, and to work a system to extend it into online play.

    The main thing that needs to be done is that they need to improve the manager mode better. I think this would be done by:

    1) You should be able to actually create your own manager, then during the game there should be screenshots of him venting his frustration when a decision hasnt gone his teams way or when hes making a substitution telling him what to do etc. Also obviously other teams managers should also be shown doing the same thing

    2) You should also be able to create your own stadium for your clubs, or be able to expand your current one if you manage to get promoted to show a clubs new level of prestigiousness as Acrtington Stanley winning the champions league yet still playing in ivy lane is a bit ridiculous ha!!

    3) Another good thing is if you were able to design your team kits for every season, even if you could only create a 3rd choice kit it would still give you a bit more freedom.

    4) i would also maybe bring back the upgrade function, where you got to upgrade your staff, stadium, marketing etc

    5) It would also be good if they increased the amount of teams in the rest of the world section such as shaktar, fenerbache, besiktas, dynamo kiev, some of the main Qatar and China teams just so players like anelka, asamoah gyan can still be in the game. Theres no point in having the ukranian league but even just having the main teams from other leagues would be much better

    6) It would also be pretty cool, if when a team wins a big trophy they do the whole medal ceremony like is done just now when each player walks up the stadium and then each gets their medal then they lift the trophy in the stadium. this would also add to make it more realistic

    Dont know if they’ll actually listen to these but would be good if they did!!!

    1)The main idea i want is be a referee mode where you can create your referee with a referee league where you get points by a video replay deciding whether your choice was correct or incorrect
    2) Another is that i would like a dive button just like real life but unlike PES you could actually get away with it!
    3)It would also be good if like what happened in the World Cup 2010 game you get virtual managers with screenshots of them discussing tactics   and be able to create your own manager.
    4)It would ace if you could create your own team and design their kits(also trying to get a sponsor) and statdium and take them from nobodys to world beaters!  
    5) It would also be great if you could interact with your players after theyve handed in a transfer request and persuade them 2 stay at the club.
    6) Another is when you win a cup final your players should have a whole medal ceremony and have the captain walking up and lifting the trophy in stead of just lying down infront of the trophy with also closeups of the losing team feeling utter distraught!
    7) Maybe some more teams added to rest of the world especially Fenerbache and shaktar as there more prestigous than servette and Orlando Piartes!!!!
    8) Another stupid thing is that World XI are no where near what should be the world XI should be so please change that!!!
    9)Finally you should have the option 2 send your players warming up so they are fully fit with close ups of them training.

    First of all fifa 12 was great and doesn’t need to be drastically changed, its just needs some add-ons.
    1. Manager Mode improvements
    - Create a manager character, that can appear in-game(to show reactions etc).
    - Real time board interaction and more realistic funding, for example when receiving promotion to the english premiership, stadium improvements should be considered (that we can actually see).
    - More accurate prize money and transfer funds, for example i have won the premiership 4 times in a row and the champions cup twice and im still only allowed to spend 26 million each season?
    - Perhaps at the start of a season when given your expectations, you should be able to choose a selection of different fundings for different areas of the club, for example 15 million for players and 10 million for club improvements(training, stadium etc) or choose to spend all your money (25 million) on players.
    - The youth academy is a great aspect but i feel the player should have opportunities to improve the training facilities which increases the rate the players improve at. Also the scouts 5 star ability and price tag do not represent the players they actually find. (nearly makes me miss fifa 09 where we could manually improve our players).
    - At the end of the season manager awards have already been added, but wheres the player awards? player of the year or even league top scorer? 
    - I feel the way players are valued is a bit unpredictable, there have been a few seasons where my striker has scored loads more goals than second place but is not valued much at all. Therefore i think valuing should be decided on form plus overall ability and not overal ability and age as it seems now.
    - Last season my striker (fabio borini) scored 40 goals on my manger mode save, playing on world class. He didnt improve at all neither did his value increase. can you see where im going with this?
    2. Match Engine improvements
    - I think most people would agree that match day experience doesn’t quite have enough atmosphere. Perhaps some mobile camera men filming the game would be a nice touch, and more realistic crowd reactions.
    - The ref’s and linesmen need to be improved, im still finding a lot of off-side fouls given to players who are not even in play?
    - injuries have come a long way over the years, but perhaps a bad foul should spark more of a reaction from team mates, and if the player cannot carry on the game he should be stretcher’d off rather than make a fuss in a cut scene then just walk off.

    Im sure there are more ideas people will have for other aspects of the game, like more leagues and competitions, but as a manager mode fan this is all i have to suggest :)

    fix it so you don’t have to leave career mode or a match to reconnect to eas fc when it or wifi cuts out. lose too much online exp because the exp from the match isn’t registered when eas fc isn’t connected nor when reconnected afterward (only registers man of match, cup wins and accomplishments after reconnecting). or move the levelling/exp counting system into the game rather than needing to be connected

    make the creation centre player appearances adjustable through sliders rather than the faces that look nothing like what they turn out like (the in game created players have better appearance, however the other aspects such as attitude and traits need creation centres system

    and lastly multiple Virtual Pro’s. gets boring when you’ve got a high overall and only get offers from big clubs straight up. multiple pro’s so that you can come back to the game and start a vp from scratch without deleting the old one would be awesome

    We need to be able to have the ability to manage international teams on manager mode! or for at least English players go on England Duty etc… and have a world cup every 4 years :)
    We need Manager reactions and create a manager for manager mode would be good. Also handball! every time i shoot i get a penalty when its on so i leave it off! slow players shouldn’t be able to catch quick players at all! and SORT THE DEFENDING OUT! its horrible :(

    Some voices of managers and famous players should make the career mode more thrilling.
    There should be some sort of story like an underdog becoming a champion etc.

    Anyway carrer mode on fifa 11,12 etc feels bland and non interactive.

    i think fifa 13 would be greatly improved if the players actual faces were better e.g liverpool players like suarez, carrol, etc 
    be a pro seasons needs to be improved so you can hand in transfer requests whenever you want, and be able to pick what number shirt you wear from what is available, and change your number if a player leaves the club and you wanted the number 10 shirt, i also think that you should be able to have tattoos on players as alot of players have tattoos these days and they are becoming more main stream (Daniel Agger, Martin sktrel, craig bellamy and others) plus players personal celebrations, if a player does a certain celebration then he should do this for most of the goals that he scores. you should also be able to customises the boots to whatever colour you want, i like most of the boots in the games but sometimes wished i could change there colour. this could also affect players in matches e.g messi wears the same type of adidas boots but sometimes changes the colour and the same with ronaldo and his nike boots, players change boot colours nearly every game and it would just make things more realistic if it also happened on fifa 
    youth/ scouted players need to look better aswell as all of them wear short sleeves and tucked in shirts with the ea sports default boots, youth player customiseation should be added so they look like just another player rather than sticking out

    Fueras de juegos: Mejorar cuando estan en linea que no siempren lo piten y que si lo pitan te den una opcion de recriminar al arbitro que por ejemplo si tienes razon y estas a tiempo que siga la jugada y sino una amarilla.

    Manos: Que sobre todo en online las piten mas porque muchas veces cortan jugadas y goles y estaria bien que las pitaran, sacarles amarilla y tambien poderlas recriminar.

    Tirarse: Aunque es algo muy poco deportivo siempre es bueno por si estas en apuros en el area por ejemplo te dejas caer y penalti que tambien se pueda recriminar.

    Cara y cuerpo de los jugadores: Los jugadores famosos estan bien hechos pero otros no tanto como Pedro, Salvio y Courtois no se parecen en nada.

    Los choques y contactos con los jugadores: El motor de choque esta muy bien pero se podria mejorar.

    Los aficionados en la grada: Parecen de papel de los finitos que son. El calor de un estadio siempre se nota y abría que mejorarlos al igual que los cánticos abría que cojer los que cantan los ultras y ponerlos.

    Final del partido y celebraciones: Estaría bien después del partido y antes alguna rueda de prensa y después del partido comentarios a pie de campo con los jugadores y la celebración.

    Se pueden incorporar mas cosas pero ya se los dejo a ustedes que son los verdaderos expertos. Espero haberles ayudado y que el FIFA 13 sea un gran juego de fútbol.

    Players should be able to dive.

    Youth Player Growth – Players should grow more effectively when being loaned out, and also their should be a way where you can see the progress and stats when on a loan.

    Stadium, Kits, Media – Should be able to receive money from competitions, sponsors etc and give options to increase capacity at your stadium. Over the course of years in your career you should be able to edit your jerseys to keep it fresh and new year in year out.
    More media coverage when your team does well or poorly, there should be press conference before big games cup games etc.

    1. Be great if you could negotiate transfers deals instead of just declining, accepting or stalling.
    2. Being able to have more options when talking to the press… Do pre match press conferences, introduce the new signings.

    4. Fifa 12 too many transfers.. David Silva to Arsenal £50m every time you start a new game, Hernandez to Fulham for £20m… Just not real…more realistic

Nowadays in football people lift up their shirt for a celebration and have under-armour or a vest with printed writing on it such as ‘WHY ALWAYS ME?’ and i think you should be able to do this and be able to pick an under-armour or vest to put underneath it and put your own writing on it so when you score you can lift up your shirt and show the camera your writing underneath, you should get a yellow card for it, its good in someways so it stops people from using that celebration all the time.
    4. Be able to jump into the crowd when you score.
    5. Do more celebrations basically such as laugh at the opposition or fans.
    6. For a big match in the career should go to a studio before the game and show you highlights of what happened when they first met this season and make it more realistic.
    7. Be able to trade players in the transfer window for career mode.
    8. Be able to be a manager of International sides so you can qualify for the world cup, euros etc.
    9. Make Messi more deadly on his dribbling and make him more realistic when he takes on defenders, messi should be different to play with than anyone else on the game.
    10. For career mode you should be able to have a training mode where you get your team to practice and create set pieces and do warm ups with them and then you get to see them come into your office and say what they want such as ‘I feel like i should be getting more game time’ etc.

    PRO CLUBS – when making a pro clubb you should be able to create your own club crest and create 3 kits and should get to chose from a various of sponsors to start off with or if you dont want one then you dont have to have one but as your club develops and you win more games then you should be able to chose from more popular sponsors who will give you money if you win cups and games and this money can be used to up grade your cpu players and also improve your stadium which you should also be able to create.  What also would be a great idea is if when you invite someone into your club you assign them a kit number and a contract that could be like 5 games or so, and this means that they cant leave your club untill all 5 games are played or alternatley they can buy out their contract with money they earn from games.  If you have say 11 people in your pro club but only 3 of you are playing then the other 8 players should be put in the team for you to play with and their positions should change depending where you put them and then of course their overall will change depending how good they are in that position. these simple ideas would make pro clubs on fifa 13 the greates game ever!!!

    also referee decisions need to be sorted big time! and i mean i get told im offside when it comes off the other teams player! and when i clear as day get taken down in the box its not a penalty yet if i so much as touch them in the box its a pen! and also with the offsides it should not be given unless the person who is offside actually makes contact with the ball!!!

    1. I would like to see experience be better incorporated into the game
    somehow. Younger and inexperienced players can struggle from pressure in big
    games, while older and experienced players don’t have this problem, but FIFA
    does not reflect this in the game.  Maybe make more mental attributes to
    reflect this?  Like composure or finishing under pressure, etc.

     

    2. Also they should take into account whether or not a player is a “hothead”
    or not.  I can think of no better real life example than Mario
    Balotelli.  He has a knack of getting many red and yellow cards in real
    life, yet in FIFA there is no difference between him and any other player when
    it comes to the likeliness of getting a booking.  Perhaps in the game,
    when Balotelli goes in for a challenge, make it so there is a risk he makes a
    rash challenge and gets booked.  In one way or another, this has to be
    accounted for FIFA to be more realistic.

     

    3. There are a few things in career mode I would like to see changed. 
    One would have to be player development, which is poor.  An example of
    this is with Paul Pogba of Manchester United.  I started Pogba every game
    on my team in career mode until he was 24 years old and I made sure I kept his
    form up.  His overall rating? 74.  As a player who has a lot of
    potential, It would be nice for a player who plays that much to be a lot better
    than 74….
    If I hadn’t played him that much, I am sure he would not have improved as much
    as he did. A player, who is supposed to have a very bright future in football
    should not improve to just a measly 74 by age 24.  In my opinion, players
    should improve in two different ways: one is from the coaches and the other is
    from experience.  Maybe offer the ability to higher coaches to help players
    improve is a feature that could be added in FIFA 13.  But regardless if
    coaches are added or not, make it so young players develop their skills much
    quicker.

     

    4. Also, for younger players, their work rate, weak foot, and skill moves
    stay constant throughout their career.  Why it is probably true a 16 year
    old player out of the youth academy may not have the best weak foot ability at
    that time, by the time he is 21 or 22, this will have probably changed. 
    How hard a player works for a club may change too, for the better or for the
    worse.  I would like to see this change happen.

     

    5. Trading is also something that may need to be looked at.  It seems
    to me that players will go to any team at any time if the right amount of money
    is offered.  But there is more to trading than just money.  The time
    on a players contract is a factor, what league the player is in, what league
    the player is being traded too, his nationality, what team the player is on,
    how big of a star the player is at his club, etc, are all factors that seem to
    play little or no effect on trading.  One in game example I can think of
    is about Neymar.  After playing 7 seasons in career mode, Neymar still
    remained on the same team he was on in the Brazilian League. Although this is
    possible that Neymar will choose to stay on the same team for the rest of his
    life, I don’t think it is at all likely.  Big name clubs will come and try
    to swoop him up in the next couple of years.  I think the only reason he
    has remained on the same Brazilian team for those 7 years is because no club
    could offer enough money to buy him. So the Neymar’s club refused to allow a
    transfer because the fee was too low and Neymar kept accepting new club
    contracts.  This shouldn’t be how it works.  When Neymar’s contract
    is about to expire, I would imagine clubs will make an offer for him. 
    Santos (Neymar’s club) would either accept the transfer fee to make a profit,
    or risk having Neymar choose to sign with another club.  To fix this, try
    installing a league and club prestige rating system.  The higher a club
    and leagues prestige, the more players will want to join that club.  A
    club’s prestige will be affected by how it performs agaisnt other clubs in its
    league and a league prestige would be affected by how that league performs
    agaisnt others in the champions league and such.  Trading is based too
    much about money, and needs to be adjusted to be more realistic. 

     

    6. Something new I would like to see would be more factors that affect the
    club revenue.  Club revenue is pretty basic so far.  It depends only
    on how a club does in tournaments, league, and trading.  It can go more in
    depth than this.  For example, attendance.  Getting people to come
    watch a clubs game is very important to making money.  This depends on how
    a club is performing, what division a club is in, etc.  A real life
    example I can think of would be West Ham getting a new stadium.  This new
    stadium will create a lot of buzz for next year.  And since the stadium is
    bigger, it offers an opportunity to make more money since there are more seats
    to fill.  Try making the revenue more detailed for FIFA 13.

     

    7. Club development is another thing I wouldn’t mind seeing.  I would
    be great to see clubs get new jerseys, have there patches adjust depending on
    what division they are in, getting new stadiums, and other things of that
    nature.

     

    Bring back international squads.  It would be a lot of fun to in Career
    mode to have the Olympics, or in the World Cup.  You should have it for
    Virtual pro and manager,

     

    8. For the actual game play, I have only a few issues, first is that I feel
    as if speed is unjustly overpowered compared to all other attributes.  I
    wish that could get fixed.

     

    9. Tactical defending may be something that needs to be edited too. I would
    first like to say that I think adding this feature GREATLY improved the game.
     The legacy defending was just a bunch of crap.  Even though it is a
    big improvement, there is still a lot more that needs to be done.  In real
    life I would imagine it is very hard to mark a player of Messi’s talent, yet in
    FIFA 12, any player can contain one of the world’s greatest players by holding
    A…..and I mean any player, whether it is a great defender, like Thiago Silva,
    or a mediocre striker, like Micheal Owen. This seems ridiculous to
    me. Perhaps the defense attributes need to go more in depth in order to account
    for this rather than just having interceptions, tactical awareness,
    marking, slide tackle, and standing tackle as the main attributes for
    defending.

     

    10. Also, I think the easiness of tackling in FIFA 12 doesn’t vary much from
    player to player.  Maybe I have got the tackling down really well, but I
    feel like I can make good tackles easily with any player on the team,
    regardless of how good they are at tackling.  It would be nice to get this
    looked at.

     

    11. And finally for defending, maybe make blocking more challenging to do.
     Blocking for the most part is done by the computer and can be easily
    achieved when a player holds down the A button to mirror is player.  Just
    like needing to press B to make a tackle, why not make a player press a button
    to make a block?  This would make shot fakes and pass fakes (which is a
    move only used to change directions quickly) more effective for the right
    reasons, unlike its current use.  Tactical defending was a great step
    forward in the defense aspect for FIFA.  Now it just needs to go more in
    depth. 

     

    12. For virtual pro little was done from FIFA 11 to FIFA 12. Try
    to make more positions available for selection, maybe make
    more play-styles available from player to player as well.

    13. For virtual pro online, remove the ability for a player to play the
    “any” position.  I feel the purpose of playing virtual pro is to control
    one and only one player so you have to work with other players online to
    succeed, it isn’t about one player controlling over half the team, which easily
    ruins the game

    14. Also, the goalkeeper is too dominate in virtual pro.  The player
    only has to timely press A to make a save.  If a player guesses the wrong
    direction, there is no consequence for that, which is ridiculous.  The player
    can also repeatedly press the save button, and the goalie will not dive
    until the player has kicked the ball, which is also ridiculous.  The
    keeper should dive or move out of position when the player hits the save button
    early.  The keeper should also dive in the direction the player makes him
    dive.  This would bring so much more realism to the virtual pro game mode

    -Il calciomercato deve essere più realistico e devono esserci molta più compravendita
    (in fifa 12 una squadra cambiava 2 o 3 giocatori in una stagione)
    - si dovrebbe aumentare il prezzo del trasferimento se avviene tra nazioni
    diverse (per le tasse aggiunte ) in modo che ci sono più scambi nello stesso
    campionato come nella realtà e meno con campionati esteri.
    -Scambi di giocatori con aggiunta la differenza in soldi e conproprietà dei
    giocatori
    - si possono allenare le nazionali, con mondiali e coppe continentali e
    amichevoli (sarebbe fantastico).
    -dovrebbe esserci l’assegnazione del pallone d’oro.
    - bisogna mettere nei parametri dei giocatori la FEDELTà ALLA SQUADRA (ovvero
    la frequenza del giocatore di cambiare squadra)
    - ci devono essere come in pes le assenze per nazionali
    -devono esserci molti più infortuni, cartellini,
    -mettere le risse, le simulazioni, l’esagerazione di dolore quando si subisce
    fallo, la possibilità di protestare con l’albitro
    - una più forte decrescita dei giocatori più vecchi (sono arrivato con messi a
    36 anni ancora fortissimo)
    - una maggior crescita dei giovani, e se non li faccio mai giocare dovrebbero crescere

    -Nella modalità carriera giocatore dovrebbero mettere la possibilità di essere
    convocato in nazionale come in pes e fare quindi i mondiali e gli europei e

    Being a former player pes have many tips:
    -The transfers should be more realistic and should be much more than buying (in fifa 12 team changed 2 or 3 players in one season)- You should increase the price of the transfer if it occurs between different countries (for added taxes) so that there are more exchanges in the same league as the reality and less with foreign leagues.-Exchange of players added the difference in money and the players conproprietà- You can train the national, with global and continental cups and friendlies (that would be great).-Should be awarded the Golden Ball.- You have to put players in the parameters of fidelity to SQUAD (ie the frequency of the player to change team)- There must be like in pes absences due to national-Must be many more accidents, tags,-Put the fights, the simulations, the exaggeration of pain when fouled, the opportunity to protest the albitro- A stronger decrease of the older players (they come with 36 years still made very strong)- Increased growth of young people, and if they do not ever play should grow howeverIn-player career mode should keep the possibility of being on the national as in pes and then do the world and the Europeans and friendly.- Put ALL the national as in pes (without license).- Migliorere editing (also looking pes)- Put more possible licenses-Refereeing mistakes (made as an option)- Possibility of combining the kit (for example, put his uniform shirt and shorts of the home currency of the transfer)- Differences in the amount of the public to the importance of the match- Improve the graphics of the rain (to make the drops much smaller)- Improve the celebrations of winning cups and leagues-All the stages must have the latest day and night sunset.-Put the national and / or club classics (ie, with stronger players who have played on that team)-Presentation of new players-Put in the player before heating it into the field-Put the license of the champions, the europa league and world club!- Visible coaches and participantsIMPORTANT-you can borrow players from the spring and they can be put off in the springJust B-series only, not the c1, c2, as in England

    In my opinion fifa 12 is the best soccer game ever made, and I believe that fifa 13 will be better, but there are some small things you could improve or just pay more atenption, this thing are:

    1- ADBOARDS- you should put the adboards closer to the side line, because it`s far  away in fifa 12, in stade gerland for example, if you watch a real game, you will see the diference clearly, in real world the adboards are closer to the field, in fifa they are not. you also should put more real sponsors in adboards, it would create a more realistic atmosphere in each league, I`d like to see T- mobile sponsors in Bundesliga for example, and less EAsports or FIFA sponsors lol.

    2-  You could create diferent kinds of NETS:  Deeper nets, short nets, green nets,  acording with the nets those are used in each real league or in each stadium present in the game.

    3- A stadium creator like the PES one would be fantastic such as a more complete boot editor. I`d like to paint boot with colors I wish, and put logos on these boots, because when the game is released, the players are using boots like the fifa ones, but 1 or 2 months after, they change and I can`t change in the game, it`s frustrating !

    make all stadiums have all types of weather. I’d like to see the clips change of when you win a cup. make it more realistic like have loads of people on the pitch and instead of just the team celebrating have cameras and a interviewer and a player talking maby i duno ? . i also think that not all offsides should be given offside. although that makes it really really frustrating ! it would make it realistic. and they should do something where you can build your own stadium. have a training mode in the career game where you can see whos doing well in training whos not. and have reports from your trainer on the players saying are they fitting in well or not, basically like the old LMA manger games years ago lol. and also do a thing where you get change the kit. i liked that on pro .

    Add the lower divisions for the existing leagues such as the scottish divisions 123, the german division 3 etc also add more leagues such as the argentinian league this is very popular as it has teams like boca juniors in it. Also the united arab emirates league were asmoah gyan played this season.

    I think FIFA also needs to improve on players individual achievements! For example you should have a trophy cabinet in your manager mode, which showcase players achievements and trophies, such as league trophies, top goal scorers, world player of the year etc. this would add more realism, as when you finish the league as top scorer, players dnt achieve any recognition!

    Also international matches should be brought back, and you should be allowed to play these matches, and also the Euro and world Cup, during manager mode. this would add to ye longevity of the whole season, as at the moment it can become too repetitive.

    Debut players should be made more of a big deal especially if they score.
    Really good goals should be made more of a big deal.
    Rival teams or teams fighting for relegation or top four should be big deal.
    Players who can’t tackle as well, such as strikers should put in a ‘typical strikers’ challenge.
    Managers should be able to move clubs and depending who they are, they should play in their style of football. Brendan Rogers – Swansea – Passing. Tony Pulis – Stoke – Direct long balls forward.

    One major improvement would be to involve Scotland more. 

    The Scottish fans are always disappointed not to see any of their stadiums. What about Hampden Park, the national stadium. The Old Firm stadiums of Celtic and Ibrox would be fantastic as we could play realistic and atmospheric derbies. 

    Having the names of some Scottish clubs in the commentators voices would be great as well as it would make derbies such as Ross County vs Inverness – the Highland Derby, or Celtic vs Rangers – the Old Firm, far more intense. One more competition like the League Cup or the second league tier would be good as well as it would get some very famous clubs such as Partick Thistle involved.

    Some of the most famous clubs, like Partick Thistle or Queens Park, would make excellent additions if all the Scottish leagues were included.

    You have all the English league teams in Fifa games, why not Scotland? Scottish football is some of the most traditional and cultured football in the world. It would be fantastic to include all the teams like you do with England.

    In terms of gameplay, an “easy” (I think) but very effective improvement needs to be done on the way players change of direction suddenly when dribbling and running with the ball. The quantum of momentum is not well recreated at all on previous fifa 12 (PES 12 is a good example of that and game pace and flow is more realistic and not so fast as in fifa). That would also make possible to dribble and past a defender with a simply change of direction with players like Messi, that obviously are supposed to do that quicker than the others players.

    Hope it will help to make FIFA 13 the definitive football game!

    Fifa has always, to me, lacked atmosphere. Atmosphere is one of the key elements as to why people go to watch and play football. I’d like to see a complete revamp of the crowds and get rid of this ‘copy and paste’ people in the stands. In football there’s adults and children; they wave flags and stand up when corners or penalties are being taken. This should happen in Fifa 13! You also get crowds trying to put people off when penalties are being taken!
    Also, crowds wear different clothing depending on the weather and situations. Big games such as the FA Cup Final will include a ‘party’ atmosphere. During Night games, you can get electric atmospheres – Pompey Vs AC Milan 2008 – and such like! Crowds also play massive parts when big tackles happen or, more vitally, when a goal is scored. You can’t keep having the same repeated ‘YEAHHH’ for every game. In stadiums, cheering sounds different.

    Crowds all use different chants, and many of these are hilarious! They also make a game enjoyable but as long as they vary. Fifa needs to stop using the same chants for different teams, ie. ‘come on you spurs!’ is not applicable to Port Vale. Add more in!

    Another downfall is when you win a cup, it’s hardly satisfying. For every cup you win it’s the same pre-loaded sequence of: get cup, have photo, slide towards crowd, watch barly visible fireworks (during the day?) This needs revisiting! There needs to be a much more exciting way of celebrating cup wins! You see people in tears at actual games when their team wins a cup. Where’s the passion!? Fifa 13 needs passion!!

    Overall the gameplay for Fifa 12 was good, except the tackling which has been mentioned before. It’s still lacking that spark though, and i think this is atmosphere and detail. I want to see the managers barking instructions from the sideline; subs warming up, physio’s running onto the field, players leaving the field on a stretcher when injured, referee’s ordering players away, players running to the linesmen to appeal or yell at. All these details make games so much more exciting. I think it’d be nice to be able to appeal for a penalty too. Whenever i’ve played Fifa, i’ve sometimes spotted a handball by the opponent but it never gets appealed!

    Finally, bring back Create a Team. One that actually works on your Xbox so you don’t need a computer to add it into Career Mode. This year’s, to be honest, was rubbish!

    Fifa 13 shouldn’t be so much about the gameplay this year, it should be about detail, environment, and most importantly atmosphere. These, i feel, would be even more gripping than scoring a goal with messi from 80 yards.

    Hear me out Fifa 13!

    I reckon that the kits should be able to be mixed and matched. eg- when Man Utd go away the generally change there sock colour or shorts colour but not there top.. the chance to mix and match so that it is easier to see and it becomes like really life.

    Also Change of goalie kits, gets a bit confusing when the team your player with or against has the exact same colour goalie kit..

    These are my ideas to improve Fifa 13.

    1. Leagues.
    I would like to see an extra south american league, preferably Argentina encorporated into the game. I would also like to see the Turkish League re-added to the game. I would also like to see the Greek league added to the game also. I think having leagues such as the Swedish league is a big mistake in the game. On international level i think that only the top teams should be encorporated into the game system and any teams that rise into the top 25 teams should replace those who have dropped and this would be a good downloadable feature.

    2. Referee descisions.
    I believe that the referee descisions on fifa 12 are not too bad, however every time and advantage is played from a previous foul the referee always goes back and books the offending player which in real footballing games is very rare. I would also like to see referees, depending on their strictness and awareness make mistakes which could influence a game a game and cause match changing scenarios. i think this would be a really interesting feature on the fifa franchise and would cause a lot of discusions during gameplay especailly online. I alson feel that depending on a players aggressiveness he can argue with the referee as in real life to try and sway him to make desisions.

    3. Player Developments.
    Player movement has been fast evolving on the fifa franchise and fifa 12 proves that the game experience is excellent, i believe that as a player wants to change direction while he is spring he should have his own style on how he runs,slows down,turns and minipulate the ball  to do what he wants it to do aswell as making mistakes if something doesnt go the way he wants it. I also believe that the skills should be less encorporated in the game and only used by a certain variety of players E.G Messi, Ronaldo. The best passers and crossers should have their own specific pass/cross E.G Gerrard,Lampard. I also believe that the best dribbelers should have their own uniue dribble as it is like in a real match. I think that adding the charasteristics of certain players will make the game an excellent experiance. I also agree with previous statements on players who influence games. i believe this is a massive featur which the game is missing. On previos fifa games it has always been simple to score a goal once a goals has been conceded. I believe that players of certain levels and charasteristics should influence the games they play in E.G Vidic comands the game as a captain should do, Messi can change a game from a touch of the ball and get the game flowing, Gerrard can break play up at an instand and preform that killer pass that can cause danger. Features along these lines must be added as to get fifa evolving.

    4. Traits & Player info.
    The in game traits are a wonderfull feature to the fifa game with Giant throws to injury prone. i think that more traits should be added to the game to include player charasteristics E.G Game Changer, Leader, Influencer. I also believe that the icons such as complete midfielder and complete forward are brilliant features on the game but other icons like this should be added to the game. I also feel tha goal keepers should start having traits depending on their abilities E.G an excellent shot stopper who has handeling at 85 rating should have an icon showing this like SHOT STOPPER. Also Youth player should have setting E.G Wonderkids in order to see how good a player will get but it could also change if he gets to a certain age and his not meeting his potential

    5. Training
    Training has never been a big feature in fifa games unless it is set as a tutorial mode. I believe that training session on career mode are a must have on the game from trainig youth players to be the next stars to setting tactics against your next oponant to find a winning statergy. Also i feel that training a certain player in certain task E.G A youth player touted as the next Messi should be individualy monitored in order to gain the best potential out of him.

    6. Transfers
    Transfers over the years have become more realistic on fifa and this i can see is continuing to get better. What i would like to see in the transfer market is player trading. If a player is expensive E.G Messi and you havent go the enough funds to sign him you should be able to add a player as part of the deal. Even if you buy and young player for the future but have no intention to use him yet you should have the option to leave him at his previouse club in order for him to get 1st team experiance. If this cannot be achieved then having a feeder club where you can send youth players out should be put on the game. i also feel that player contracts should have clauses added to them in order to make the game more realistic.

    7. Finances
    On winning a competition or league a believe the correct ammounts of money should be added to a team. If a team from the Npower League 2 all the way up to the Barclays Premier League i dont think its fair that they are not given the £15 Millon or however much it is you should recieve for winning a competition or League. I also feel that you can seek your club to be taken over in order to gain more finances E.G Crawley Town could be taken over and become the next Manchester United. This is a ver important feature which should be added into the game.

    I believe all the above i have mentioned is vital for Fifa 13 and will make the game more successfull than Fifa 12.

    1. I’d like to see the concept of dynamic weather being implemented in Fifa 13. I believe it’ll only increase the realism as far as gaming experience is concerned because weather changing through the course of the match would be terrific to witness & countries like Spain, France etc even though they don’t get much snowfall during the winter months but it does become bitterly cold & I believe this should be portrayed as formation of white clouds when players exhale during the course of the match.
    2. I believe refs are a bit unrealistic in Fifa 12 whenever they award a penalty to either me or to my opponents. I’ve seen perfectly timed tackles, slide tackles from me on the players of CPU AI, the vice versa case also holds true. But yet been misinterpreted & resulting into situations where a penalty is awarded which is so disappointing since it could completely change the game especially at the legendary difficulty level.

I say there should be a new game mode BE A REFEREE that would be soo cool being a referee you could not call a foul if you don’t want to and you could like play as any referee like be a player mode as in you could be mark claternburg or a proper ref or you could make your own and start right from the bottom leagues and work your way up to the big leagues wow that would be sooooo COOL!!!!!

    2. You should be able to DIVE and then if its realistic enough then it should be given as a foul because in PES 12 you can dive but the ref always books you no matter how realistic it is.

    I vote for BE A REFEREE MODE go be a ref mode whhhoooooooooooo!!!!

    FIFA 12 was great no doubt. But they need to work on the impact engine and AI play. Also better faces.

    Stadium / Players Kits Development have the choice to update your teams stadium with more seats, different pitches and even change the whole team colours.

    NEW KIT DESIGN MODE so you can choose a different colour & Sponsors every season.

    E.G. Manchester United kit home kit is RED, Have the choice to change it to Green & Yellow like back in the good old days or whatever colour you like?

    Please Could you please consider my idea, I asked for this last year. I like to be more creative when playing computer games.

    It’s more of a challenge when you get relagated. I think it will make players want to play as the same team to see if you can get back into the leauge you just relagated from.

      I “sort of” agree with you… I’d say get rid of *automatically* being sacked after a bad season, but leave it as an option if performances continue to be poor. I love the idea of being able to take a relegated team back up (although I hate the idea of being relegated, but who wouldn’t? :) but I think the threat of being sacked adds a motivation to improve. That said, if you ARE sacked, you should be able to apply for another job and continue your career.

    Dear FIFA 13 Developers,

    I am a big fan of FIFA games and I love creating players! Therefore, I would like to be able to create more realistic players on FIFA 13.

    I noticed that PES has a brilliant on-game feature that actually retrieves pictures from the console and uses them to easily paste the picture onto the player you want to create. This feature is really simple and is not time consuming.

    I like EA’s GAME FACE creator, where you can upload your pictures and make a 3D version of yourself. But, when you download the created player from EA GAME FACE, the character does not really look the same.

    I strongly believe that this feature would be something that many other fans out there would love to see on FIFA 13.

    1. A lot of the ideas shared are fantastic, like Shane said “GET RID OF BEING SACKED” or at least give us the option to play WITH or WITHOUT it.

    2. get rid of the 15 year limit. I don’t see any reason for the limit, the consoles hard drives nowadays are HUGE, I have my ps3 with a 500 GB hard drive and I still have 250 GB free, that’s plenty of space a game can use for their database.

    3. Bring back the XP system used in FIFA 08 and add the following changes:
    - Addition XP for achievements such as winning man of the match, selected for team of the year, winning the scoring title, etc.
    Also, ability to improve weak foot and skills.

    4.Incorporate revenue stream.

    5.Patches on Kits. If you win the league you get wear the patch for the next season.

    6. Get rid of the MAGNET button regarding defending. Also, get rid of the “2nd player press” button, let the computer AI decide if they’re going to charge a player or not.

    For years I have wanted FIFA to pay more attention to detail with my club VALENCIA CF! I mean for god’s sake in FIFA 12 we had 1 player with a real face! 1 player from Spain’s 3rd club is a joke EA! Teams like fucking Newcastle and Aston Villa have more than us! Players that are top class like Soldado, Rami, Banega, Jordi Alba are all generic! WTF. C’mon EA please more attention on Valencia.

    Player personality: a great idea that failed to flesh out as it should. I love that the players seem to be more invested in the season, and enjoy the occasional pop-up it generates… for the most part! It just seems a bit too random for my liking.

    Example A: Purchased a young pacey winger in the summer and immediately added him to the first team. Sadly, four games in he got injured and misses 4 months. When he comes back into the fold, I start playing him again but due to poor stamina he is unable to realistically play two games in a week. I play him, bench him, play him, bench him and up pops a message that he is unhappy with his lack of matches. Not my fault, man! You were injured for 4 months and have played whenever fit since!

    Example B: My virtual pro/captain of my team/best player on my team gets injured and misses a month. In an effort to roleplay it a bit, when he comes back I ease him back in to the lineup, leaving him on the bench for his first game back and bringing him on as a sub (as you would do after a month out.) Next game up is Birmingham at home followed by Man U away three days later. Message pops up that he wants to play the next match, but I need to save him for the Man U trip so I ignore it. Postgame he hands in a transfer request saying he is unhappy with the lack of matchs. Never mind that he is the top assister in the league and before his injury played every game he was fit for!

    Example C: (technically not player personality but in the same realm) I have a youth team graduate who I have been using as my third striker. About once every other month the assistant manager sends me an email about how good he is and how I should send him on loan since he is not part of the first team. Nearing the end of season 5, he has played 22 games out of a possible 50 or so, about half as a sub and half as a starter. He is also the top scorer in the FA Cup (where I tend to blood the youngsters.) Could he play more? Possibly, but he is 17 and doing a fair job of pushing into the team… recognize, ASM!

    I’m sure everyone who plays career mode has their own examples of this. Player personality is a great concept that should add to the sense of immersion in the season, but when it stops making sense it winds up doing exactly the opposite! I’d love to see a dialogue option when a player comes to see me, much like the talk to the press feature. I encourage them to come see me and 99% of the time if a player asks to start a match I will do it. But I’d love the option to give a reason why they might be patient (example B) or tell them they are just being silly (example A) and to get over it.

    Monthly team meetings might be a way to push this forward. Having a meeting with the team captain once in a while would be nice as well (and give a point to the armband!) Perhaps the occasional player stopping by to show some gratitude without having stopped by before to complain… Or maybe that is just me being too sensitive… ;)

    Once again, this is a pretty cool feature added to FIFA 12, but to really be successful it needs to be polished and de-randomized.

    Virtual Pro needs some more. How about being called up to the national team? Being selected for friendlys and WC qualifying based on your form, the timing of the year, if the manager and national team coach can work out a deal to get you released for the game. I really wish the virtual pro had this option, it gives you more of a feel for what league u play in. Example, being an american playing abroad and coming back, or playing tin the MLS and getting picked up by a european team. Growing through the national squad and into the WC squad. So so much more. What about offering the World Player of the year award as well?

     What about actually being bid on during the transfer window and selecting an agent (1-5 stars like scouts). Maybe starting as a youth play and coming through the youth program or atleast starting out on the practice squad like FWC2010 kind of did.

     The commentary could help out more with the excitement in the game (RAY HUDSON?!?!). The fans and stadium sounds need to be more. Goal celebrations zooming in is good on celebrations but what about the player audio?

    Multiplayer Season Mode:

    Where up to 4 players could play the same season because I play fifa 12 with my brother & cousin but me & my cousin are Manchester United (IN SEASON MODE) and then my brother plays the other teams to see if he can stop us from winning the league.
    I just wish EA SPORTS would include a multiplayer season so we could have are own teams to fight for the title.

    Wishlist for Fifa 13:

    Realism:

    1- The menu to load quicker. And this means when i load my career mode it takes like three to four minutes to load, they should make it load faster. And another problem is when i sim matches in career mode it sometimes get jamed or stops, and i would have like three matches left and it jams or stops so all what i did is gone, this should be improved.

    2- Fifa take a littile more care about boots. I personally love soccer boots i really care about them. So i have two ideas, either to let us have the option to edit the boots our self, and we can change the color oursleves, and the second choose is that fifa every 1 or 2 months they can set packages on the playstation store that can update our boots.

    3- Refereeing should get better. For example: when i was tackling a player from the back, i pressed square my defender tackled him from the back and i got a red card. While when i passed the keeper and he shoved my leg, i didnt even recieve a penalty and it was a one-on-one chance, he should have recieved a red card and i had to take the penalty. This is a big mistake in the refereeing in Fifa 12, this really should get fixed because when it happened against barcelona in the final i lost and it also happened to other people.

    4- Fifa 13 should add the turkish league. The turkish league contains alot of superstars, really wanted superstars these day and when i try to get them on my career mode i just cant find them and i really wanted that player, so i know that Fifa 12 had really huge amount of leagues, not like PES, PES contains only 5 leagues, while Fifa features 29 licensed leagues from 22 countries, this is a huge amount of leagues and we appreciate it, but we really just want the turkish league, becuase turkish league contains alot of high poteintal player and very good players which are wanted from big teams in spain and england.

    5- Rain climate is not that realistic. When i play in rainy climate, it doesnt seem that realistic beacuse rain come down alot amd it dosent stop, and on tv the rain doesnt show when its falling down on the ground, only when the camera man closes up on the player or the fans in the staduim. This isnt a very important improvement but it is something we can fix on the pitch because all the other improvment is off the pitch.

    6- Fifa should add more staduims. This means they should add more staduims other than other famous staduims like: Real Madrid, Manchester city, Manchester United and these big clubs they should make it more realistic by getting intrested by other clubs.

    7- More details in realistic things before the match and on the pitch and after the match. Like talking before the match to the players how important the match is and how every player should play and whats everyones role during the match and getting the scene of the players getting of the bus and their track suits and speakers on their head, and the directions the coach tells to the captain or to the star player of the team that can change the match, and reactions from the coach if his team score or conced a goal, like Fifa did in EA soprt South Africa 2010, and we should see players warming outside the touchline and see the mangers too. And after the match the coach should congratulate the players or tell them to play better next time if they draw, or keep shouting on them and how worse they played this match. This is a really good improvment and i heard it and read it in any many videos and comments. 

    8- The crowds cheering should get better. The crowds cheering should get very very very very loud if im playing with Real Madrid, but i cant play with real soceidad and have the same kind of cheering for them, and they should shout the name of the team or the star player of the team. This would help alot, and if there a derby or a classico there should be a double cheering this would effect the preformance of the player 1 playing.

    9- The player impact engine. I personally had no any problems with the players impact engine, i played with the game for 7 months or more until now and i didnt have any problems with the players impact engine, but when i watched videos about the players impact engine in Fifa 12 it looked like it was the worst game made ever!! Like an example: Taiwo tackled benzema i had no problem with the tackle, but after he tackled him, while benzema was lying on the floor taiwo came again and jumped on him and then took the ball and went away with it ( and you can watch it on Youtube you can just write Fifa 12: Benzema get stamped on ). Another problem was when a guy was playing with madrid and then he passed infront of the goal to Benzema he just missed and it was wide open goal chance ( you can watch it on Youtube you can just write Fifa 12 Benzema Fail – Why me? ) Another important thing that is not that good about Impact engine, is that when i talk a player sometime like 10% it will seem a realistic tackle, but the other 90% is that it will seem like they were thrown of a building they fall on there faces and sometimes when they fall it seems they have broken some bones, but instead they get up and continue the whole match like nothing have happened. I wish they would have actions for this big faults.

    10- The looks of the players. players are the most important thing in the game, they are the people who pass, shoot, save, defend and play. So they should look more realistic and concentrate on their details like their hair for example. They can take care of the players likensses for example the players boots, for example: In Fifa 12, Ibrahimovic wears a T90 laser but in real life he wears a Mercurial, thing like this. This can turn the game without mistakes also.

    Career Mode:

    1- The emergency loan for career mode. this means that i can loan a player any time during the year, beacuse sometimes while im playing with Santos neymar gets injured and i depend on him for the goals, but when he get injured i get screwd up. In reality there is emergency loan where you can loan a player suring any time of the year, and fifa can add that because its more realistic. And we can also use the exanching of players, this can help us get players while we dont have money because inter and barcelona did this when they exchanged Etoo and Ibrahimovic.

    2- Transfers should be more realistic. This means that transfers for other clubs should be realistic, because in my career mode Luiz suarez got transfered to Marsellie. This is so unrealistic, because Luiz suarez wont leave Liverpool and go to Marsellie its impossible unless if they pay a very huge amount of money, but they even didnt. they paid him 26 million and he went. 

    3- Complains from players should be more realistic. And players should complain in the right time, and spaecially complains like ” I want to leave ” this is a big complain, because if i decide not to let him leave i wont have to expect alot from him especially from a star of a team. For example: I had a career mode on Real Madrid and at once Cristiano Ronaldo asked to leave, while he had fully first team opportunety and he decided to leave at once. This could get some fixing.

    4- Assistant staff should be added to career mode. Some times i need to ask someone weather this player is good or bad, or does he have a high poteintal or a low poteintal, or players i should buy, if Fifa adds this it may help alot and save alot of our time searching for good players with high poteintals. PES had it in their Master League for 2010, 2011, & 2012 and it helped alot, and Fifa can use this in their transfer section of thier career mode. As Fifa did in their 2012 Youth Academy scetion and it helped me find new superstars easily, but it took them time to develop. It should also include the basic trainer and defensive, midfielder, and attack midfeilder. And for example: If i had Mareclo in my team, and he is a defender and i want to change him to a midfielder there should be special trainer. And that can strength a specific bio or tactical part of a player.

    5- Fifa should get the official Uefa Champions Leauge ( UCL ) and the Uefa Europe League ( UEL ) Fixtures and these things, like PES does, its really more realistic it puts us in the mood of the challenge of the the european matches. And Fifa also could include Fifa world cup ( FWC ) every 4 years, and you can get invited for international duties thats whats really lost in career mode the international duties, none of the players or the managers get invited to international duties. They can add the Euro cup and the African of Nations in Career mode.

    6- We have to be able to change the strips of our team in each new season in career mode. This means that we can change the strips of the shirt but not the whole shirt, because if we have the ability to change the whole the shirt it will be really unrealistic, because if we change the strips of the shirt it will make us fresh.

    7- We should be able to buy new sponsers. If we win the league and other cups next to it, some sponsers should offer us because we became more popular and won the league and some cups. And some sponsers should be rich and some should be medium or poor. In Fifa 12 some unexpected clubs get bought from very very rich owners that is 100% unrealistic, why should a very poor scoring club get bought and gets like 120 million, for example: In my career mode sunderland get bought from a very rich owner and got million of sponsers, and at the end they still kept losing, they had money like Real Madrid and they still lost. This should get more realistic it really should get fixed.

    8- In the transfer deadline day we should have more than 10 hours, beacuse it is called transfer deadlime DAY which means we should have 24 hours, so we will have time to finish deals and get new deals and also have time to finish it. This we really add good things to career mode.

    9- in Career mode, they dont show any tables from any other leagues only the table of the league im playing in, and this doesnt help me alot and also the top scoring players of the league doesnt show only my league shows, and this doesnt let me find any new wonderkids.

    10- The injury are more likely to happen when i sim a match in career mode. The stastics of players getting injured in siming a match is 38% percent of getting 1 player injured. For example: when i was siming a match with Real Madrid 3 players got injured in 1 match and siming a month got me upt to 6 injured players luckily it was the last month, i think that Fifa should not reduce the percent of players getting injured in siming a match but reduce the percent of players rate of injury.

    11- i should be able to assign training sessions to my team, beacuse im the person that knows when does my players need a training, they should need a training before a derby or a classico, or even when they come from a tall break or before a final in the champions cup which i hope will be the champions league.

    12- when you get fired in career mode we recieve shit offers. We should recieve good offers if we had a couple of stars, but we cant have three stars and get fired and get offers from brazillian teams, we should recieve from medium or high teams, or we can contact a club if they would like me to coach there team and they should accept or reject, and this will give us teams we want, but you didnt give us a chance to choose.

    13- Fifa should change the celebration of the teams that wins leagues and cups, because it seems that they copied it out of Fifa 11 actually we got bored of it, they should change it in any ways but it became really boring.

    14- Wonderkids like: Lamela, menez, and callejon should have a higher poteintal because when i play career mode i try to get players instead of messi and ronaldo when they grow up i find that these players reach up to 28 and they are still 80 something they should be instead of ronaldo and messi.

    15- We can have the choice to choose if we want to quit for working for this team, because i sometimes do the wrong choice in a team and then i want to go out of the time then im forced to sim the whole season, why not quit and then other clubs can offer me or i can contact other clubs and ask them if they want me to manage their team.

    1) Transfers: Part Exchange players, Add-on’s, Better negotiating (reasons to join; offer more playing time, europe, etc), Pay % of loan wages, choose who you offer your loan players to, situational factors (e.g. form, potential, nationality, desire, contract [cheaper if in last yr])
    2) Player Interaction: Personalities, more choice on compliments and press etc, assign key players, favourite teams, stats from other leagues.
    3) Loans:  as above ^^^, reviews of how loanees are doing, chance to extend loan, increased growth.
    4)Development: Better growth, growth = player performances, skill change, personality change, position change? gems from lower leagues
    5)International football, for players (injuries etc), managers and summer tournaments.

    FANTASY DRAFTS. Just like in Madden and NBA 2k. EA needs to allow us to chose as many players start choosing teams and doing a fantasy draft. You could do it by each league. EPL, LA LIGA, etc. But also could choose from just players in that league, or every player in the world. It would make the games much better and more customizable. My friends and I play fifa all the time and love it, but if we were given the chance to create our own teams, it would hands down be the best game ever.

    Whenever im watching football, i always get a different perspective depending on the tournament as far as how it looks on the screen. For example Champions league and domestic league. I would like to see the game change in that aspect as well as sharper referees on the pitch. Maybe just like la liga and tournaments decide to put more referees out there maybe fifa should look into similar features. Easier said than done, Im sure. and they need the spanish commentators to be just like the commentators on tv. I wanna hear GOOAAAALLLL every now and again would be nice hahah.

    We should have the ability to change the way our virtual pro runs and be able to change the stance (the way VP stands) during free kicks. Also if the players weak foot is rated 4* or higher we should be able to change which foot to shoot FK/corners/penalties with.

    I think Fifa games have always improved although Fifa 11 in my opinion was terrible and i’d describe it as incomplete. The manager mode never took off and after five or six seasons with teams never buying new players and selling your own players seemingly more difficult and also you wouldn’t receive offers from other clubs the career mode just died. There was also the youth academy that had been removed and i just didn’t see the point in additional things in one Fifa being removed for the next. The academy before wasn’t good and was very basic although the transfer market was great for it’s time but also basic i just expected these things to always be in Fifa but continue to become more realistic and advanced. Fifa 12. Ok immediately it seemed like Fifa was back on track and that Fifa 11 was just a release to keep us occupied for the hard worked on sure to be great Fifa 12. Well it seemed great when i played a few multiplayer kick off games and a few against the cpu. The gameplay just seemed more realistic and finally the game was hard. No more winning titles with newly promoted teams. Manager mode Fifa 12.  Wow one of the first things i notice is the academy. It’s back and now unlike Fifa 11 the manager mode has a purpose,a road to follow and a place to go. 
    First game at home i’d describe as a great challenge and hard to win and one i could of easily lost. Although the away fixture didn’t just seem like a harder challenge and on i could of easily won it seemed like a totally different game. At the time i didn’t figure it out. It took some time for me to actually realise that there was indeed a difference between home and away games. Fifa 12 game play at home is great but away in my opinion it’s a pathetic game with so many little things in the game that have one purpose. To make the away games harder. Well they do but they are pathetic and so stupid. Your players runs, well many a time they don’t run, passing and dribbling ability, your placement when shooting, the cpu’s ability. There’s no point in me listing them all because you know what they are. In a real life scenario mentality would come in to it.     I would absolutely love to see the international call ups in be a pro career modes, it was great and a thoroughly miss it, it added a lot to the career modes.  Also players who play for national squads could get injured and then be out for your club, or players could leave for a few months if something like the Africa Cup of Nations was happening, like Yaya Toure, Manchester City missed him a lot.  You also need to make the career mode for be a pro more in depth and difficult, it seems way too easy to get your overall rating up.  I also remember when you were,say, a reserve player on a team, you only got a few chances and missed more ‘important games’.  What has happened to that? If I start of as a reserve player I get started every single game, it’s very unrealistic.  Linked to this, it is way too easy to move up rankings in the club, in some cases, within 3 seasons you can become a club legend, or at least the captain, this would rarely happen.
      Also, as a player, you should be able to ask to leave the club, say if you’re enjoying it or not, and even ask to be moved in the January transfer window.  You should also be able to sign contracts as a player, options for a new club come up every year and this really is not the case in real life.Sort out the impact engine, it is very amusing to see players flung about 30 yards across the pitch, but of course it is not realistic.Keeper mode is pretty dull and you get rated low if you don’t get any action.  Your rating gets moved down as a player for no reason sometimes too.  Youth players need to improve faster.  Also, if you have a youth player who is improving, like Nathan Redmond for example, he only improves in a few aspects, which are extremely good, but then most of the attributes are in red and poor, improve players more evenly please.Don’t be afraid to make it less realistic to make it more realistic.  Who would of guessed Messi would score over 70 goals this season? Nobody.  Football is an amazing game and anything at all is possible, utilise that possibility into the game.  However, based on the fact that anything is possible, it annoys me how at home you are so much better than when you are away, this is not always the case.  Granted, being at home does help, but not so much that your whole team rating seems to go up by 10.  Some teams play better away than at home.Move Rooney’s rating down, he’s a good player, but not that good.When a manager gets sacked, he seems to dissipated off the face of the earth, let him sign for another club and then the club who has sacked said manager, hire another!  It annoys me when it says ‘Chelsea’s manager wants a good game’ or something like that, name the manager!

    1. Make young players such as cleverley , welbeck, de gea etc improve according to how well they perform throughout the season eg. if welbeck manages to get 20+ goals in a season  he should be able to improve his rating significantly.

    2.Make the champions cup available to play in during the first season of career mode (this will be made possible if FIFA takes the league positions of teams in europe from last season and puts them in the champions cup depending if the finished in the criteria needed to qualify.

    3. Improve the fitness of players who play matches around once every few days. e.g. if a player plays in the Barclays premier league and he has a good stamina overall he should be able to play in a champions cup match a few days later and be fully fit for it.

    4. players who are known in real life for their antics on and off the field e.g. balotelli. should be carde more easily for an offence and should also play on a less regular basis.

    5. Managers should be questioned by reporters and have a few options to answer. an article will then be written after the press conference to see how the manager kept his cool.

    i would like to see a couple of new things. 

    1. in manager mode, i think you should be able to do as well as the buy and loan offer, a buy + player offer. e.g. you could want buy ronaldo, worth £80million. you could bid £60million and a player worth around £30million like pato, or make the player being offered a very good player. that would be really cool.

    2. i would like to see a reaction sort of thing, like if you get fouled when you have a good opportunity to score, i think you should let your player react, like square to push opponent or circle to headbutt etc. that would be really good and more realistic.

    3. they should put awards in, like for players to win top scorer, goalkeepers clean sheets, best defender, best midfielder, etc. especially goal of the month, week or year. that would be really cool!!

    1. They should make dramatic story line scenes to end seasons to reflect man utd and city
    2. They should hold press conferences with managers and players.
    3. Improve growth of players
    4.they should provide in depth analyses of game eg Gary Neville
    5. If you do well with club you should get offered national job
    6. They should show manager emotion from the sideline

    I would like to see managers in fifa 13 as well as proper cup winning ceremony, players being prized by fifa officials(blatter).uefa champions league,europa league should be included in this new stage of ea release

    One major improvement needed is value of a player. For example: if a player becomes player of the league he should be wanted by big clubs and should cost more. There shouldn’t be an exact limit to potential for a player either. Also If the player was a key player for a team or had a grey rating all season his rating should become a lot higher. After 10 seasons there should be new players that can get a rating of 85+. There should also be more explosive young talent. Like 3 years ago neymar was a nobody and now he is one of the most wanted players and he’s only 20. So every now and then there should be an 18 year old jem that comes from somewhere random like Poland or Austria
